In loving Memory of my Mother who passed from this earth last October 16, 2008.
My 86 year old Father asked me to help him put into words what he felt in his heart but could not say, well I love my Father dearly and think by now I know him pretty well but it does mean I know his heart, so I wrote from mine hoping to capture what I saw in his eyes when she was still with us. Thank You for Reading.
In Loving Memory of my wife and Mother Roberta C. Murphy who Passed away October 16, 2008.
With the help of my family members I wanted to remember you my dear in not the same old dry Memorial passages that are copied from one newspaper to another. For you were more than life to me, you were my life, may you rest in peace
The Night the White Horse Came…
I thought I was prepared, ready to heed Gods Words…
But as I heard the soft clap trap, clap trap, clap trap…
Of hand wrought golden horseshoes, My hands began to tremble
For the Great White Horse had arrived and nothing shall ever be the same
As you lie there before us, I for a second had my doubts…
But once the silence broken, this time by 2 more mounts…
Both of white like stallions on parade…
Followed closely to call you to your grave
I grasped the rail, thought did I give all I could have gave
Did my Great Undying love for you have me hold on only for me...?
Then once again the night stood still as my heart heard from the first rider on the first stead…
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. . . . For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
Isaiah 41:10, 13 King James Version Bible
It is said by many the three white horses show up rarely so I was still trembling from fear of what I do not know…
Then as twice before I was about to be humbled more, for it was as if someone were putting on a twilight show as the stars light brightly over your bed, and a angels voice said.}
“Why do you seek the living among the dead”?
The angels go on to remind the women, Remember how he told you… You have to remember the words He whispered to YOU… Not you sister, not your brother, not your mother, not your father, not your friends, etc.
He whispered some words to you. Stop relying on other people to tell you what God said about your life. He told you and if you quiet the noise in your life you will remember it.
On this day, think of the risen Savior and remember what He told you.
Was this then to be believed to be the Son of the Living God?
So the mystery remained with me till this time …The Father the Son and the Holy Spirit.
I firmly believe that the moment our hearts are emptied of pride and selfishness and ambition and self-seeking and everything that is contrary to God's law, the Holy Ghost will come and fill every corner of our hearts; but if we are full of pride and conceit and ambition and self-seeking and pleasure and the world, there is no room for the Spirit of God; and I believe many a man is praying to God to fill him when he is full already with something else.
- Dwight Lyman Moody
It’s been almost a year my beloved wife and wonderful Mother, I talk with you every day, and was told it would get easier some days I believe that someday I don’t . My hardest times are just before going to bed or sitting on the front porch catching myself talking to you.
I have missed you like nothing else I have every been through in my life, But for you and our children I will stay strong and wait for God to bring us together Your loving Husband and all those who so dearly miss your smile, your warmth, your compassion for living and your kindness.
I share this with you in your final eternal rest, it’s possible to love a person more after they are gone than when they were here but my lonely heart is made whole by your beloved presence as of yet I do not fully understand.
Your Loving Husband

Why we Need God in our lives.
One has heard the countless debates, never ending about the existence of God. Is it truly a "fact" or just the need for us weak human beings to having something to hold on to.
I mean look around you, we have some of us lovely pets who we care very much about. We see them as part of the Family, but we know or should know they have no soul, no realistic belief in god, and really don't know they are going to die someday.
But you don't see them lying down every chance they get, just waiting to die, no they rather chaser a ball or catchy aFrisbee.
Dogs just get it and live their lives to please us and be content.
Are we believe that we as human beings should not do the same, live our lives to the fullest everyday and enjoying what "someone" put on this earth to enjoy.
If the whole point in life is just living to eventually die, then lets look at some things that don't make sense.
I happen to have two hobbies, Marine Reef Keeping and the growing and propagating of orchids.
If there is anyone who tell me how much peaceful and serene looking a a well maintained Marine Reef Tank is with is endless varieties of creatures of all different sizes and shapes I feel sorry for you.
If someone can explain to me why there are some many different colors shapes and sizes of orchids, for me to enjoy then who these "things" and for what purpose.
I know before I go any further you non believers are going to say its just a matter of nature, ? nature for the sake of being Nature? Thus could Nature be God, of course but not in a literally sense. For Nature is not omnipotent, it has no reason to create such beautiful and wonderful creature as hummingbirds , the countless color of butterflies,
for whom or what did it create them for, it not for human beings to enjoy.
I can explain to you the scientific reason why there are rainbows but I won't waste my breath or web space, for it was a promise made to the people who have just been destroyed for their lack of righteous and no man could be found worthy in Gods eyes save Noah and his family, and why take the animals with him, if they were not to be enjoyed by mankind for both their beauty and their food source.
Q. What are the spiritual meanings of the colors of the rainbow?
A. Significantly, the rainbow appears essentially twice in the Bible: in the first book (Genesis 9:13-14), and on the last book (Revelation 4:3; 10:1). On the Genesis account, the rainbow came in the wake of the cataclysmic deluge the earth and men were subjected to. The rainbow symbolized the covenant God made with man not to destroy the world in such a way again:
"I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which [is] between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that [is] upon the earth. " (Genesis 9:13-16, KJV)
The cloud, in a way, pictures God, as verse 16 suggest and even more clearly in the Scripture that follows:
"And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night." (Exodus 13:21)
Here at Family first, you won't be preached to or try to persuade to believe of anything say, for I do not know the true value and heart condition you may have, be it a believer or non-believer.
I can only tell you this, I was a heathen before, and now I still comment sins on a daily basis for I am human.
Now I do not go around sinning on purpose just because I personally believe that if i Pray for forgiveness God through Christ will grant it.
No I make errors and mistakes in judgments, and talk before I think, and in doing so sin against some of the most people I love in the world.
I can show you how to turn a unloving, uncaring wife or husband into the most and best trusted friend you will every have in your life.
I am old 100% disabled Combat Vietnam Veteran shedding and taking blood for my country. Along that path, Probably performed in some peoples mind one of the worst things a human being can possibly do and that is to take the life of another human being. I know it was a time of war, and for a young 19 year old fisherman I had to become a man long before mytime.
It has taken me almost 52 years of my adult to grow up, I had 3 miserable failed marriages in the USA, knew I was lacking something and not until I learned through the grace of God , that yes even me, I could be forgiven for my sins.
Is your world right now as you sit here hopefully reading this? OK, mediocre, sucks, unhappy , depressed, addicted to money and what you think it can buy you.
Let me tell you of a man who was one of the most beloved singing artist of our generation and had the world by its collar. He could buy and have anything he wanted, but what he could not buy was happiness, for in the end Money did not buy him love, only misery , drug abuse and finally his own death by his own hands with the help may I add of some very greedy sick people who were claiming to be his friends.
Speaking of which, I have on occasion when working in the field of Forensic Psychiatry had the opportunity to be part of a team of specialist who took care of some of the most violent criminals know to mankind.
I would ask the question in an Anger Management group that I run, "how many friend real friends do you guys have"....the answer ranged from a low of 50 to over 500.
Well let me tell you something my friends if you tell the truth about the number of friends you have, those people willing to die for you, you will probably be able to count them on one hand, well at least i can. I think i have 3, one is my God, one is my wife, and one is my Mother in Law.
I have hundreds and hundreds however acquaintances, but this is a far cry from true friends.
Thus take a chance come back, read some more, there is much more to be gained at no cost to you on how you can change your life from one of desperation, depression, sickness and poverty by just inviting God to come into your life.
This is a non-denomination web site, I believe at last count the World Council of Churches estimated there were over 1340 accepted religions in the world.
I care more for you right now, even though we have never met, than maybe even your wife or best fishing buddy, but all that can change....in a "twinkling of an eye" if you dare have the courage and the strength to do two things, get on your knees in a quite room and talk to God, just like you would talk to anyone, there are no special prayers, no right or wrong words to say, but just pour out your heart to him, ask him to come into your life, the second thing is to come back here keep reading and studying with me the word of GOD for it is not so confusing but just like an open letter to all of us, with every single question you every had or may have you can find an answer from.
And for those who can't or thing this all foolish, I love and respect your God Given right to do so.

A new orchid just bloomed out over the past 5 days. For what purpose, it has no inside nectar for either the bees or the butterfly's to feed on, for the leaves or to small.
Why then was this "created" if not for the simple pleasure of man and by who, just accident, the big ban theory. Live to love, never love to Live.
The above was all from me, the quote below I gave credit to the author.
1. Does God exist? Throughout history, in all cultures of the world, people have been convinced there is a God. Billions of people, who represent diverse sociological, intellectual, emotional, educational makeups...believe that there is a Creator, a God to be worshiped. Now, the fact that so many people believe something certainly doesn't make it true. But when so many people through the ages are so personally convinced that God exists, can one say with absolute confidence that they are all mistaken?
2. 2. Does God exist? The complexity of our planet points to a deliberate Designer who not only created our universe, but sustains it today.
3. 3. Does God exist? Mere "chance" is not an adequate explanation of creation.
4. 4. Does God exist? Humankind's inherent sense of right and wrong cannot be biologically explained.
5. 5. Does God exist? God not only has revealed Himself in what can be observed in nature, and in human life, but He has even more specifically shown Himself in the Bible.
6. 6. Does God exist? Unlike any other revelation of God, Jesus Christ is the clearest, most specific picture of God.
